Palak corn cutlets
Ingredients
- 1 Judi palak or spinach
- 250gm corn
- Cornflour or makkai aata or bread crumbs
- 3-4 boiled potatoes
- Hing
- Ajwain
- Salt
- 1/2 tea spoon sugar
- 2 tea spoon red chili powder
- 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder
- Amchur
- 1 tea spoon jeera powder
- Anardana
- Oil for frying
Method
1)Blanch palak in hot water and then in cold water
2)Boil corn and strain water
3)Take palak and corn and make coarse mixture
4)Separate and keep some corn aside
5)Mash potatoes add coarse mixture of palak and corn and add all spices add corn kept aside
6)Add bread crumbs or cornflour or makkai aata and make cutlets and keep in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes
7)Fry in oil and serve with chutney
