Home Remedies For Smooth, Strong, Healthy And Shiny Hair




Eggs
The eggs are probably one of the best ingredients for providing nourishment's and shine to the hair in minutes. Being a good source of lecithin, protein and fatty acids, the eggs are helping to repair dull and damaged hair and to add shine and moisture. Also, the eggs are making the hair thick and strong.


Mix 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon olive oil till you have smooth paste. Put the paste on the scalp and the damp hair. Cover the head with shower cup for half an hour. Then, wash it with mild shampoo and some cool water.
Beat 2 eggs till you get foamy mixture. Put in the mixture 2 tablespoons almond oil and ½ cup yogurt. Apply this on the scalp and hair. Cover it with a cap for half an hour and in the end wash with cool water and mild shampoo.


Beer
Beer is working as an incredible hair tonic. The proteins, malt and hops in the beer, repair the damaged hair cuticles and provide nourishment to the hair follicles.  Beer is lustering and shining the hair.

Wash the hair with mild shampoo and then put flat beer from the roots to the ends.
Massage the hair thoroughly in the scalp with circular motions.


Leave it for 5 minutes and then rinse it off.
Do this 1 time on every 2 weeks.
Coconut oil
In order to get a shiny hair, it’s important to nourish the hair by putting oil regularly. The coconut oil, unrefined and organic, is the best option. It’s helping to restore moisture to damaged and dry hair, and to make it healthy and shiny again.
Put warm coconut oil to the hair, from the root towards the ends. Massage it for couple of minutes and then wrap the hair in a towel or shower cap for at least half an hour. Rinse the hair with some water, and wash it with shampoo as normal.
