I really shocked after seeing Mukesh and Nita Ambani youngest son Anant Ambani showed up at the inaugural IPL match between Mumbai Indians and Pune Super giants Saturday, had everyone’s major attention with his new stunning physique. On Anant’s 21st birthday bash on Sunday, many bigwigs congratulated him on birthday and praised for dramatic weight loss.
On the 21st birthday bash of Anant Ambani on Sunday, many cricket, Bollywood stars were in attendance and absolutely everyone was bowled over by Anant Ambani’s achievement. The 21-year-old lad lost 108 kg in just 18 months which is 6 kilos per month. India’s limited overs skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni also praised Anant for shedding weight.
How Ananth gained such Weight: Reportedly, Anant Ambani has hypothyroidism problem which increases weight with even eating very normal amount of food. Also, the strong medication that Anant was prescribed due to his chronic asthma, caused him obesity. It is said that Anant was suffering from a medically-induced obesity, caused due to strong medication he was prescribed due to asthma. He is a junior at Brown University and his medication for asthma was widely responsible for his disproportional weight gain.

Like this he planned to reduce weight: According to reports, he followed a very strict diet and exercised for about five-six hours daily. Though, there are many rumours about Anant undergoing a gastric bypass surgery, reportedly he chose the natural way and worked hard to lose weight. Determined to lose weight before his 21st birthday, followed a rigorous exercise regime and a very strict zero sugar and low carb diet. A part of his exercise routine also included long walks, yoga, high-intensity cardio exercises to name a few. Each of the aforementioned exercise forms helps the body in different ways.

What was his rigorous routine: Reports say that a fitness trainer from US helped Anant to lose weight. Under his guidance, apart from following a strict diet, Anant also used to exercise 5-6 hours a day. From walking 21-km to doing yoga, Anant did it all with patience and motivation. His routine also included weight training, functional training and high-intensity cardio exercise. Despite rumours about him undergoing a gastric bypass surgery, reports suggest that he did it the natural way, following a strict diet and exercising rigorously.

Walk only option to get started: The 21-km walk is a great form of low-slow cardio, and is the only option for someone who is extremely obese. It’s a great way to get started and get rid of the initial fat and also because other intense forms of exercise regimes might be too strenuous for the body. Weight training (also known at times as strength training or resistance training) is equally important for weight loss, despite the myth that lifting doesn’t help you lose weight.
Yoga: Similarly, yoga has immense benefits. Yoga not only helps you lose weight but also improves one’s overall health. Practicing yoga can actually help promote mindful eating and it can be performed even by obese people, thanks to its low-intense nature.

Functional training: Functional training refers to exercises that are similar to daily movements you’d carry out every day and involves a combination of exercises to strengthen one’s core, leg muscles and upper body. It leads to better joint stability, flexibility, balance and agility. Common exercises include weight-bearing exercises and stretches.

High-intensity cardio exercises or HIIT: High intensity cardio exercises also known as high intensity interval training is another great way to target stubborn fat areas (abdomen area for men, thighs and arms for women). It’s like regular cardio but with intervals of intense exercise and rest. So instead of jogging on the treadmill at 8km/h for 15 minutes, one breaks up that exercise into intervals of low-intensity exercise (walking at 5km/h for 2 minutes) and high-intensity exercise (sprinting at 10km/h). He also followed a zero-sugar, low-carb diet along with adequate fat and protein.
Not only Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Sachin tendulkar, salman khan Every one in india shocked by seeing him and some gor inspired too to loosing weight naturally.
