Home Remedies for Dark Under Eye Circles




Green Tea Bags
The antioxidants and caffeine that we can find it the tea are highly beneficial for eliminating dark circles and puffiness under the eyes, just by shrinking the blood vessels and decreasing the fluid retention.
Chill 2 used black or green tea bags in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Put the tea bag over the eyes and leave it like that for 10-15 minutes.


Take off the tea bags and wash the face.
Repeat this 1-2 times a day for a couple of weeks.
Cucumber
Cucumbers are having mild astringent and skin-lightening properties, which are helping the correct pigmentation and have refreshing and soothing effects.
Cut 1 cucumber in some thick slices and chill them into the fridge for half an hour.
Put these slices on the affected area for 10 minutes.
Wash your eyes with water.
Repeat this daily.



Raw Potatoes
The natural bleaching agents from the potatoes are helping to lighten the dark circles and eliminate the puffiness that is around the eyes.
Grate 1-2 chilled potatoes in order to extract their juice.


Soak some cotton ball into the juice and put it over the closed eyes.
Leave it for 10-15 minutes.
Wash your eyes well with a cool water.
Do this 1-2 times a day.
