Simple Guide to achieve Fitness Goals

Here is a simple guide to achieving fitness goals in the real world.
1) Cut Your Unrealistic Expectations And Get Real.
No ones ready to settle below 6-pack abs, losing 20lbs is great but it's important to lose the initial 2lbs. Unreal expectations are what causes people to give up soon.
2)Chase Performance Over Looks
No matter what form of training you do- conventional bodybuilding, Cross fit, Zumba or body weight training, you can always do better. Chasing performance is more advantageous because as a beginner, you can increase the weights you're lifting, the speed with which you're performing or even the reps in every training session which is more boosting than waiting to see: How your body will look like after losing those extra kilos. Don't stick to the mere goal of aesthetics. If you can do even one push-up more than before, you're already killing it. So stick to the process!

3)Do Not Go On Extreme Diets Or Starve Yourself Of Your Favorite Food:
KETO, Paleo, Intermittent Fasting: nothing miraculous about these diets. If you've to go a long way to make sure the journey is enjoyable, not tortuous. I ensure the diets of my clients include their favorite foods.
